This looks to be an incredible weekend!
We will be on the beach in Avon on Monday for our traditional Labor Day training session at 8am.
Point Beach will be training at the TR. We ‘re hoping to get some beach workouts started there in September.

Today we will be working will just our body weight.
Working with our body weight can be more challenging then anything else.
Today you should pick the movements that will challenge you.
60/30 x4 rounds of the following body weight circuit…
- Alternate ring rows
- walk lunge
- bear crawl or power wheel walk
- H2H swings, walking swings or lateral walking swings
- Hindu push-ups ( beginners can do hip up hip downs)
