All body weight strength circuit with many options to choose from.

30 seconds work/30 seconds rest for 6 rounds (30 minutes)

  • Climbing options (rope,ladders,peg board,monkey bars)
  • Hand walks or elevated lateral hand walks
  • lunge options
  • kettlebell swings,broad jumps or box jumps
  • down dog press, hand stand kick ups/presses, overhead walks
