Hey Training Room friends!
Thursday is strength day, and we will be working with our body weight.
Remember, just like with weights, body weight training must be performed with proper body alignment and technique.
We will warm up with a kettlebell and body weight circuit.
This strength session will be done circuit style on the clock to keep the group flowing.
Your work interval will be 60 seconds and the rest interval will be 30 seconds….
Perform 4 rounds of the following movements.
Take your time on these movements and do them correctly.
- Alternating ring rows
- Push-up plank (alternate from hands to elbows)
- Aunt Cindy’s or hanging knee raises
- Swing set, or Jungle Gym XT leg curls
- Lateral Lunges or lateral step ups
