This very efficient 30 minute body weight strength session will be performed on the one minute mark.

Complete all reps and proceed to the next exercise on the 1 minute mark

Do that for 30 minutes (6 rounds)

  • 5/5 pistols
  • 10 push-ups or upper body presses ( any variation)
  • 10 Ring rows or 5 pull-ups (any variation)
  • 5 Leg curls ( swing or rings done slowly)
  • Abs: 5 walks out, 10 knees to chest (swing set, seated or hanging)

Try to progressively make each movement harder as you go through.
