This will be a fun one!

ALL body weight conditioning!!

Start out with your 5 minutes of joint mobility and a two round 20/20 circuit warm up.

We will use all body weight movements on this FUN conditioning circuit.

  • Pull ups, assisted ring pull ups or kipping pull ups
  • Air squats or deck squats
  • Mountain climbers or sit outs
  • Fast step ups
  • Half burpees or tucks
  • skiers
  • Russian twists
  • Jumping jacks or sprint in place
