This will be a fun one!
ALL body weight conditioning!!
Start out with your 5 minutes of joint mobility and a two round 20/20 circuit warm up.
We will use all body weight movements on this FUN conditioning circuit.
- Pull ups, assisted ring pull ups or kipping pull ups
- Air squats or deck squats
- Mountain climbers or sit outs
- Fast step ups
- Half burpees or tucks
- skiers
- Russian twists
- Jumping jacks or sprint in place
