Friday is a conditioning day and here’s what we’re looking at…
Pick any 2 conditioning exercises, kettlebell sport movement, or body weight calisthenic movement and alternate between the 2 of them.
Ladder down on your intervals and alternate on the movements
You control your own intensity!
- 6 minutes of work /3 minutes or rest
- 5 minutes of work / 2:30 of rest
- 4 minutes of work / 2 minutes of rest
- 3 minutes of work / 1:30 of rest
- 2 minutes of work / 1 min of rest
- 1 minute of work / 30 seconds of rest
Total workout time =32:30
Beginners should do 30 seconds hard 30 seconds easy through each set!
