ALL strength matters to us!

At least it should.

This is why, at The Training Room,  we like to use different types of strength tools in our sessions, including the ultimate strength tool which just happends to be our OWN bodies.

Kettlebells, dumbbells, landmines, barbells, medicine balls, sand bags, kegs, maces, sleds, bands, etc, ALL have their place in the world of “getting strong”.

Having a variety of tools to use helps to keep us versatile and may help prevent overuse injury from occuring.

Who needs injury?

PLEASE let us know if there are any strength tools that you are interested in learning how to use!

OR…

Any specific movements that are on your bucket list to learn.

Here’s something entertaining…
