Do 5 rounds non-stop of 20 seconds work/20 seconds rest of the following movements:

  1. Snatch (right)
  2. Snatch (left)
  3. Tactical Lunge
  4. See Saw press
  5. Double kettlebell front squat
  6. Hanging knees to elbows

Here’s an example of another similar power circuit using one (70lb) bell, a 60 lb. D-ball , a set of rings and a Gym Boss Timer.  You don’t need much for a great training session.
