You guys killed it yesterday on the 10 round challenge!
Fantastic job as usual.
Today we’ll slow it down a tad with a nice grinding strength workout.
Get nice and loose with 5 minutes of joint mobility and then do 2 rounds of kettlebell warm up.
It’s not a bad idea to start out with 5 minutes of alternate arm get ups.
Get ups are a great way of warming up the body to prepare for your strength workout.
Or, if you want, you can just work them into the workout today.
Alternate Double Kettlebell 5×5:
- Double kettlebell reverse lunge 5/5 (racked or suitcase)
- See saw press
- Double kettlebell alternate arm clean
- Renegade row
- Abs(walkouts,power wheel,hanging knee raise etc..) or get ups
Try to work up in weight with each set if possible.
