Alternating Strength Circuits

Thursday is Strength Day!

You will alternate between Circuit A & Circuit B for a total of 6 Rounds (3 of each).

Intervals are 40 work / 20 rest

Rest 1:20 between each circuit or round!

Strength Circuit A

  • Alt ring row or renegade rows
  • Clean and squat
  • See saw press
  • Walkouts or inchworm

Strength Circuit B

  • Skaters
  • Crawl or mountain climbers
  • JR, JJ, run
  • Bulgarian or medicine ball twist
