Alternating Strength Circuits
Thursday is Strength Day!
You will alternate between Circuit A & Circuit B for a total of 6 Rounds (3 of each).
Intervals are 40 work / 20 rest
Rest 1:20 between each circuit or round!
Strength Circuit A
- Alt ring row or renegade rows
- Clean and squat
- See saw press
- Walkouts or inchworm
Strength Circuit B
- Skaters
- Crawl or mountain climbers
- JR, JJ, run
- Bulgarian or medicine ball twist
