Good morning!

Welcome to another great week of training.  Whether it’s with us here at the gym, or somewhere else, we hope to hear from you.

We’ll start off this week with a challenge.

Today’s challenge can be done with a partner or solo.

If you are fairly new to us and consider yourself a beginner, you will either do half of this workout, or you will do it with a partner.

We will warm up circuit style with a two round 20/20 circuit warm up.

Here’s your challenge:

  • Start out with 1600 meter run or row
  • Sand bag carry 3x around the block (approx 1200 meters). Women carry 20-30 lbs bag or weight vest, men carry 40-60 lb bag or weight vest.
  • Kettlebell farmers walk 2x around the block (approx 800 meters) Women use 12-16 kgs, men use 16-24 kgs
  • Burpee or squat thrust (no push up) broad jump around the building ( approx 250 meters)
Get through this as fast as possible.
