Here’s one of our top 11 workouts.

Start out with some joint mobility, and then do a two round circuit warm up.

Today’s conditioning workout will include 3 minutes of work with a 1:30 rest between rounds.

We’ll do 6 rounds of this follow the leader style.

Line up in front of the circuit and follow each other through. After getting through on round, take 1:30 rest and repeat 5 more times.

  • Jumping or kipping pull ups
  • Mountain climbers
  • kettlebell high pulls
  • Half burpees
  • box jumps or drop squats
  • Shuttle run or Prowler push
