It’s Anti Weakness Wednesday
At The Training Room, we don’t want anyone to settle for weakness.
No one really wants to be weak!
This is why places like The Training Room and strength day exist.
You’re in luck because Wednesday is strength day (also known as anti-weakness day) and you can mix in some body weight movement with dumbbell and kettlebell movements if you wish.
Long and slow strength intervals, so take your time on these and focus on great movement with each rep.
One minute of work and thirty seconds of rest for 4 rounds of the following strength circuit.
60/30 x 4 rounds of this anti-weakness circuit!
- single arm ring row or kettlebell/dumbbell row
- Weighted step-up or down
- single arm overhead press/push up variation or Floor press
- Single leg deadlift or hip bridge
- Ab choice
- Cardio choice
Please enjoy this strength day and go out a little bit better.
Have a great Wednesday!
Watch this video and do these power wheel hip bridges as shown by the Milkman.
Is there another mobility seminar happening in July & the date is wrong?
