After tweaking my SI joint doing stupid stuff and getting sick last week and totally missing the TSC, it's time to stop pussy-footing around.

Summer is on the way. It's time to get outdoors, work on some conditioning and get in ass-kicking shape.

Here's what I did today

3 rounds for time of:
  • 800 meter row
  • 40 air squats 
  • 30 pull ups 
  • 20 kettlebell swings (32kg) 
  • 10 burpees
