Balanced Strength
Thursday is a balanced strength focus at The Training Room and we’ll be going with alternate limb strength to help identify and work on our weaknesses (because we ALL have them)
It’s a great day to go outside your comfort zone and work on something new or maybe some things you aren’t good at.
Possibly try to increase your weight on some things!
If what you’ve been using is starting to feel light and easy pick up something a little bit heavier.
This is how we progress!
Your work/rest intervals will be set at 60/30, so take your time with each movement, performing slowly and deliberately.
Here’s what the circuit looks like.
60/30 x 4 rounds of the following.
- See saw press (indoors)
- Walk lunge or sled push/pull (indoors)
- Renegade row or alternate arm 1 arm row
- Hand to hand kettlebell swing or alternate leg hip bridge
- Plank choice or crawl
- Cardio choice
