Wednesday is Strength Day

Basic Strength Days are a staple at The Training Room

Intervals will be 30 Work / 30 Rest  x 6 Rounds

  1. Pull Ups or Heavy 1 Arm Rows
  2. Squats (Goblet, Pistols, Split Squats)
  3. Seated Dumbell or Kettlebell Press
  4. Heavy Swings or Deadlifts
  5. Easy Cardio

Finisher: 1 BIG AL Interval

Choose a piece of Cardio: 30 Easy/ 20 Moderate or Hard/ 10 All out Sprint for 5 Rounds!
