Wednesday is Strength Day
Basic Strength Days are a staple at The Training Room
Intervals will be 30 Work / 30 Rest x 6 Rounds
- Pull Ups or Heavy 1 Arm Rows
- Squats (Goblet, Pistols, Split Squats)
- Seated Dumbell or Kettlebell Press
- Heavy Swings or Deadlifts
- Easy Cardio
Finisher: 1 BIG AL Interval
Choose a piece of Cardio: 30 Easy/ 20 Moderate or Hard/ 10 All out Sprint for 5 Rounds!
