As you already may know, The Training Room exists as a support system for people of all ages and abilities.
Our program is set up to give you attainable goals while having fun reaching them. This is one reason why we offer fun events that ANYONE can participate in.

We will begin the year with a classic Training Room conditioning circuit that will look like this…
Intervals for each round look like this…
- 30/30
- 30/25
- 30/20
- 30/15
- 30/10
Here’s the circuit…
- Jump pull
- Mountain climbers
- Swings or Jumps
- Bike
- Slam ball
- Squat, drop squat
- 1/2 burpee or push ups
- Ski or Versa Climber
