AGAIN, friends don’t let friends avoid strength day!
So, we better see you in the gym!
Being strong just makes us better overall.
The following list is a small fraction of things that strength makes better, easier and safer.
- Playing with your children
- Picking up and carrying your kids
- Helping a friends move furniture
- Pushing your car or someone elses off the road and out of harms way.
- Walking up and down the stairs
- Getting up and down off the toilet
- Fending off a wild boar!
- Setting up for a Training Room event such as the Warrior Challenge.
- Digging a hole to plant a tree
- Shoveling snow or horse menuer
- Chopping and moving the fire wood that heats your house in the winter
- Enjoying the activities you love throughout your time on earth.
We don’t ever want to stop strength training and we ALWAYS want to be useful as a human.
Throw in some consistent mobility work and it’s a complete WIN!
