20 seconds work/20seconds rest for 5 rounds non-stop.

  • Med ball cleans (drop int a full squat each time)
  • Kettlebell snatch right
  • Kettlebell snatch left
  • L-sit pull ups (rings)
  • Kettlebell Jerks right
  • Kettlebell Jerks left
