As always, we will give you a choice of bells or body weight for Wednesday’s strength session!
Here’s breakdown with options for each!
You can also integrate a little of each one.
60/30 of kettlebell/dumbbell or body weight strength.
- Split squat L/R / Floor press or single arm push-ups variations
- Single leg dead lift, hinge or Bird Dog
- Single arm row or single arm ring row
- Plank or ab choice
- easy cardio
