Bells or Body Weight Strength Options
Tuesday is a 30/30 Strength Circuit with options for bells and body weight strength.
5 rounds of the following strength circuit.
Strength Circuit (bars, kettlebells or dumbbells)
- Kettlebell or trap bar dead lifts
- Chest press, floor or bench
- 1 arm or double bent row options
- Abs
- Move around recovery etc.
Body weight version
- Hip bridge
- push-up
- ring row
- abs
- cardio choice
Finisher:
With a partner or 2: 100 calories, burpees, or kettlebell long cycle!
