Bells or Body Weight Strength Options

Tuesday is a 30/30 Strength Circuit with options for bells and body weight strength.

5 rounds of the following strength circuit.

Strength Circuit (bars, kettlebells or dumbbells)

  • Kettlebell or trap bar dead lifts
  • Chest press, floor or bench
  • 1 arm or double bent row options
  • Abs
  • Move around recovery etc.

Body weight version

  • Hip bridge
  • push-up
  • ring row
  • abs
  • cardio choice

Finisher:

With a partner or 2: 100 calories, burpees, or kettlebell long cycle!
