The Best Strength Training
It’s our opinion, that this couplet style of training is the best strength training for the masses!
Wednesday was a conditioning day, so Thursday we will strength train!
FYI, we will be having our Pentathlon Event on Sunday in Manasquan.

Here are your strength couplets for Thursday.
30/30 x 5 rounds
Strength couplets
Couplet 1
- Pull-ups
- goblet squats
Couplet 2
- Heavy swings or any deadlift (swing alternatives)
- Any plank variaiton,walk-out or power wheel options
Couplet 3
- Push-ups or dips (these advanced push-ups are always fun)
- Anti rotations, twists, or side plank
We can always work on perfecting our kettlebell swing.
