Tuesday is a conditioning day

Who doesn’t like some Big AL intervals?

Maybe you will have your own named workout one day too!
The BIG AL CONDITIONING INTERVALS for you…

So, this is what it looks like.

30 Easy/ 20 Hard/ 10 Sprint x 5

Rest two minutes between each 5 minute set

Here are the exercises:

  1. Row
  2. Bike
  3. Ski, Slam or Sledge (if you choose the later you can do JR/JJ or steps for the “easy” intervals)
  4. Run or Step
  5. Squat Thrust/ Burpee combination (JJ/JR can also be “easy”)/ Superstars can do burpee pull-ups on the 10 sec. sprints

Total workout time: 33 Minutes
