Tuesday is a conditioning day so you can challenge yourself as much as you want.

Let’s torch some body fat!

But, let’s make sure we’re doing all the movements correctly and not just flailing around!

Reps of 20/16/12/8/4 or 20/15/10/5 of the following movements…

  • Row calories
  • Burpees or quat thrusts
  • Bike Calories
  • Jump-pulls or feet down
  • Ski erg calories
  • Step-ups
