Here’s your freestyle body weight strength circuit.
30/30 x 5 rounds
- Any upper body pull
- Any body weight squat variation
- Any upper body push
- Any lower body posterior( leg curl, hip bridge, supermans etc)
- AB choice
- Light cardio
Finisher: Get done get up!
Why not add some band resistance to your body weight rows?
