We’re going all body weight today….
This is usually a nice change of pace for us.
Take your time, partner up if you want, or circuit through this.
Warm up with a two round moderate weight kettlebell warm up and skill practice…
Round 1
- kettlebell swings 10
- push ups 10
- kettlebell high pulls 10
- kettlebell press 5
- goblet squat 5
- thruster 5
- one arm rows 5/5
- jumping jacks 15
- bicycles 15
Round 2
- One handed kettlebell swings 4/4
- push ups 8
- kettlebell cleans 4/4
- press 4/4
- split squat 4/4
- one arm row 4/4
- jumping jacks 15
- bicycles 15
Here’s your body weight 5×5: 5 sets of 5 reps of each movement
- pistols or assisted pistols or box pistols
- push ups, weighted or modified or dips (slow and under control full range of motion)
- swing set or jungle gym leg curls
- One arm ring rows 5/5 or 5 pull ups (or weighted pull ups)
- Power wheel rollouts, walkouts (slow 5 reps) or knees to chest (sets of 10 slow knees to chest)
