We’re going all body weight today….

This is usually a nice change of pace for us.

Take your time, partner up if you want, or circuit through this.

Warm up with a two round moderate weight kettlebell warm up and skill practice…

Round 1

  • kettlebell swings 10
  • push ups 10
  • kettlebell high pulls 10
  • kettlebell press 5
  • goblet squat 5
  • thruster 5
  • one arm rows 5/5
  • jumping jacks 15
  • bicycles 15
Round 2
  • One handed kettlebell swings 4/4
  • push ups 8
  • kettlebell cleans 4/4
  • press 4/4
  • split squat 4/4
  • one arm row 4/4
  • jumping jacks 15
  • bicycles 15
Here’s your body weight 5×5: 5 sets of 5 reps of each movement
  • pistols or assisted pistols or box pistols
  • push ups, weighted or modified or dips (slow and under control full range of motion)
  • swing set or jungle gym leg curls
  • One arm ring rows 5/5 or 5 pull ups (or weighted pull ups)
  • Power wheel rollouts, walkouts (slow 5 reps) or knees to chest (sets of 10 slow knees to chest)
