Body Weight Bonanza
We’ve got a bit of a body weight bonanza lined up for Tuesday on this strength focus day!
Let’s challenge ourselves and try out some new things…
Here’s Monday’s body weight strength circuit.
60/30 x 4 rounds of the following movements.
- 1 arm ring rows
- Box pistol squats, step down/back or split squats
- Hindu push ups, shoulder taps or single arm push up variations
- Bird dogs, supermans or hip bridge variaitons
- Abs
Finisher:
60/30 x 1 round
- Burpee, squat thrust or slam
- Row
- BIke
- Versa climb
- Ski erg
