Here’s what we’ve got for you:
Work intervals are 60/30 and we will complete the following circuit…
30 seconds of work on each side with a 30 second rest between exercises.
- single arm ring rows L/R
- Step-up or downs or pistols L/R
- 1 arm push-up (any variation)
- Leg curls (sliders, power wheel, scooter, juncle gym straps) Hip bridge, or Bird dog
- Ab choice
- Easy Cardio
