Kicking off week 4 with some body weight strength options.

Let’s challenge ourselves and try out some new things…

Here’s Monday’s body weight strength circuit.

60/30 x 4 rounds of the following movements.

  • 1 arm ring rows
  • Box pistol squats, step down/back or split squats
  • Hindu push ups, shoulder taps or single arm push up variations
  • Bird dogs, supermans or hip bridge variaitons
  • Abs

Finisher:

60/30 x 1 round

  • Burpee, squat thrust or slam
  • Row
  • BIke
  • Versa climb
  • Ski erg
