We’ll warm up with a two round kettlebell warm up.
10/8/6/4/2 Reps of the following body weight movements:
- pistols or assisted pistols L/R
- 1 arm ring rows or 1 arm pull-ups (assisted)
- Swing set or Jungle Gym Leg Curls
- Heavy push-ups, dips, or handstand presses
- Abdominal choice
Finisher, 60,80, or 100 sledge hits AFAP!
