All Body Weight Strength and Some Conditioning
Hey Training Room family!
For Thursday, we will combine body weight strength movements with a little bit of conditioning.
By the way, if you want to make your workouts better, then come to Alicia’s mobility class the starts on Saturday at 9 AM in Manasquan.
Now, here’s what we’re doing on Thursday!
30 minutes of body weight strength and conditioning.
- 400 meter cardio choice
- 5 pull-ups (any kind)
- 10 push-ups
- 15 body weight squats (add a light bell, med ball or mace if you want)
- 20 yard low and controlled crawl or 20/20 mountain climbers
