You won’t need much in the way of equipment today.

Challenge yourself with some body weight movements.

We’ll start out with a two round kettlebell and body weight warm up:

  • 10 kettlebell swings
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 kettlebell high pulls
  • 5 presses
  • 5 squats
  • 5 thrusters
  • 5/5 one arm rows
  • 15 jumping jacks
  • 15 bicycles

Do your second round with 8 reps and practice your down dog or handstand press.

Check the video library for the technique on some of the body weight movements we’re doing today.

5 sets of 5 reps with partner, or circuit through solo:

  • pistols or assisted pistols 5 sets or 5 res each leg
  • modified or regular rope climbs 5 sets five ascends. (if you don’t have a rope, do towel pull ups or rows)
  • down dog press, box press or hand stand press 5 sets 5 reps
  • Power wheel rollouts or walkouts
  • Low back extensions (5×10)
