You won’t need much in the way of equipment today.
Challenge yourself with some body weight movements.
We’ll start out with a two round kettlebell and body weight warm up:
- 10 kettlebell swings
- 10 push ups
- 10 kettlebell high pulls
- 5 presses
- 5 squats
- 5 thrusters
- 5/5 one arm rows
- 15 jumping jacks
- 15 bicycles
Do your second round with 8 reps and practice your down dog or handstand press.
Check the video library for the technique on some of the body weight movements we’re doing today.
5 sets of 5 reps with partner, or circuit through solo:
- pistols or assisted pistols 5 sets or 5 res each leg
- modified or regular rope climbs 5 sets five ascends. (if you don’t have a rope, do towel pull ups or rows)
- down dog press, box press or hand stand press 5 sets 5 reps
- Power wheel rollouts or walkouts
- Low back extensions (5×10)
