We had a great weekend of training and Training Room social events!

Today we’ve got a nice simple body weight strength workout for you.
Get your warm up with two rounds of kettlebell movements with moderate weight.
Body weight 5×5 of the following movements with a partner or solo.
- Pistols, or assisted pistols
- modified push ups/push ups /weighted push ups, or dips (slowly with good form!)
- suspended hamstring curls (1 or 2 legs) 5/5 reps or 10
- Single arm ring rows/peg board climbs or assisted one arm pull ups.
Finisher: Strap the Power wheel to your feet and walk as far as you can!!
