It was another great weekend.
Got a quick workout in yesterday and then we did a little work here at the gym.
We’re filling in all the spaces in the floor mats and putting the finishing touches on the recent renovations to get ready for bigger things here at The Training Room.
Today’s workout is all body weight
Get as many reps as you can in 5 minutes at each station of
- Hindu Squats
- Push ups
- Pull ups of ring rows
Stay fresh on your reps. Don’t blow it out on the first few sets or you will never finish!
Keep track of your reps and when we do this one again next month, you will see if you can better it!
