Here’s the schedule for the rest of the week…
12/25: No class. Merry Christmas!
12/26: 7:30 am, 9 am, 5 pm and 6 pm
12/27: 6 am, 7:30 am, 9 am and 5 pm
12/28: 7:30 am and 9 am
12/30: 7:30 am, 9 am, 5 pm and 6 pm
12/31: 7:30 am and 9 am only
1/1: No class. Happy New Year!!
We will go with a 15/15 body weight circuit with some kettlebell options…
Do 10 rounds (30 minutes)of the following movements working for 15 and resting for 15
- Push-ups (any kind)
- prison squats, deck squats or squat jumps
- AB choice
- ring rows
- jump rope, bike, row, ski (or anything else that you would like to do to get your heart rate up)
