This will be a great Friday!

We’ll be outside today.

We’ll start out with a joint mobility wake up followed up by our kettlebell and body weight warm up.

Today’s workout will be done with all body weight movements.

This can be done with a partner or solo as a circuit.

You choose!

10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1  reps of each movement.  Take your time and use great form.

  • Lunges or pistols r/l
  • regular or assisted pull ups
  • trx or swing set or power wheel leg curls
  • down dog press ,handstand press or hindu push up
  • Hanging knee raise or knees to chest
