Friday at The Training Room is a strength focus, so lets challenge ourselves with some body weight strength ladders.

It’s ALWAYS a great idea to revisit body weight movements and focus on strict and deliberate form.

Circuit through these movements in your own space laddering down from 10 reps to 1 (10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1) rep or 20 reps to 2 reps (20,18,16,14,12,10,8,6,4,2) where appropriate.
