Thirty Minutes of Body Weight Strength Movement

Hey Training Room friends!

We will be repeating the last 4 week block of training here at The Training Room.

We ‘re kicking the week off with a ALL body weight strength movement session!

Monday is a Strength day!
Thirty MInutes of Body Weight Strength Movements at your own pace…
Go through the following movements for thirty minutes.

We will give you some fun options to choose from!

**Remember, don’t go to muscle failure on the movements and leave a few reps in the tank on each set you do!

Lots of times less is better and it doesn’t make you a bad person if you don’t get 10 reps!

5-10 reps of the movements (depending on the degree of difficulty)

  • pull up or row options (5-10 reps)
  • Single leg squat options (there are many here)
  • ANY push up variation (too many to list)
  • Leg curls or supermans (sliders, power wheel or scooters)
  • Abs
  • Calories
