Weights or Body Weight Strength Options

TUESDAY IS STRENGTH DAY!

Thirty Minutes of Strength training with your choice of weights or body weight strength (Skinny Mike friendly) options or a combination or both if you choose.

Also, remember to take your time and concentrate on technique and gaining strength… it’s not always about speed!

KETTLEBELL OPTION:
  • 5/5 clean
  • 5/5 press
  • 5/5 split squat
  • 5/5 row
  • 5-10 Ab choice
  • 50 Jumping Jacks, 100 Jump Rope or 10 Calories


*you can increase weight each round

BODY WEIGHT OPTION:

  • 10 Leg Curls, Hip Bridges or Supermans
  • 10 Push-up or Inverted Press
  • 10 Split Squats, Pistols, or controlled steps
  • 10 Ring Rows or Pull-ups
  • 5-10 abs
  • 50 Jumping Jacks, 100 Jump Rope or 10 Calories


*you can increase difficulty of the exercises each round

Choose one of the above and complete as many rounds as you can in 30 Minutes!
