- Pistol, Slow Step-up or Step-downs or Air lunges
- Push-ups (any variation), dips, inverted press
- Hip bridge, LC, bird dog
- Pull-up, ring row variations
- Ab choice
- Easy cardio
Finisher: Pick one cardio: 30/25,30/20,30/15,30/10,30/5,30
