  • Pistol, Slow Step-up or Step-downs or Air lunges
  • Push-ups (any variation), dips, inverted press
  • Hip bridge, LC, bird dog
  • Pull-up, ring row variations
  • Ab choice
  • Easy cardio

Finisher: Pick one cardio: 30/25,30/20,30/15,30/10,30/5,30
