We will be holding ONLY the morning classes on Wednesday.
Thursday will be our Turkey Day Relay at 8 AM (no other classes that day)
If you signed up and do NOT have a team, NO WORRIES, we will put you on one!
On Friday, we will be holding a 7 AM and 9 AM class only (both gyms).
Here are your Wednesday supersets…
Superset 1 (30 seconds of work/30 seconds of rest x 5 rounds)
- Push ups
- Ring rows
Superset 2 (30 seconds of work/30 seconds of rest x 5 rounds)
- Squat choice
- Hip bridge or hinge
Superset 3 (30 seconds of work/30 seconds of rest x 5 rounds)
- Abs
- Cardio Choice
Here are more heart rate intensive options if you want them…

- Half burpees
- Jumping pull ups
Superset 2 (30 seconds of work/30 seconds of rest x 5 rounds)
- drop or jump squat
- kettlebell swing
