Tuesday is a classic Bodyweight Strength Circuit!

You will work for 60 seconds / rest for 30 seconds

Complete 4 Rounds of this Strength Circuit:

  1. Alt ring rows or 1 arm ring rows (could also use bands for resistance or a weighted option)
  2. Pistols, step-downs, split squats
  3. Hip bridge, supermans, bird dog
  4. 1 arm push-up variations or shoulder taps
  5. AB choice
