Monday is Strength Day
Bodyweight workouts are one of the most important things you can do to build muscular and joint health while making improvements in mobility, balance and overall strength!
You will perform 10 Perfect Reps of Each Exercise for 5 Rounds (or 20 Minutes)
- Pull-Ups (Assisted, Banded, Negatives) *Less than 10 Reps is OK for Pull-Ups.. shoot for 2, 3, 4, 5…
- Pistols or Single Leg Squat Variations (5/5)
- Push-Ups, Hindu or Downward Dog Push Ups
- Superman’s, Back Extension on Floor or Bosu or Bird Dog *try this with your knee on a foam roller
Partner Finisher:
Alternate with a Partner to complete the following as fast as possible.
- 100 Swings, Snatches or Step Ups
- 100 Push Presses or Squat Thrusts
- 100 Calories Any Cardio
