Bring the thunder Thursday!

Let’s bring the thunder thursday with some interval sprints.

We’ve got some nice interval sprints lined up for you on Thursday at The Training Room.

Sprinting is a max effort activity, which means that you will go as hard as you can on your work interval (15 seconds) and recover on the rest interval (30 seconds).

You should actually feel like you need the rest.

If you don’t, then work harder!


Take advantage of the opportunity to work hard and improve yourself each and EVERY DAY!

Bring the thunder to The Training Room on Thursday!

Here’s the exercise prescription…

15 second sprints / 30 seconds of active recovery (keep moving) x 10 sets of each item.

  1. Battle ropes or inertiawave AR plank or move around in place 
  2. Ski erg AR box step-ups
  3. Burpees, squat thrust or slam ball AR farmer carry
  4. Bike or row sprint on Level 10 AR easy spin level 1

The inertia wave is a great way to get the effects and benefits of doing sprints but with low impact on the joints.
