Decending Recovery Burpee Rower Ladders

One group will row, the other will do burpees.

Here are the work/rest intervals on the GymBoss Timer:
  1. 60/50
  2. 60/40 
  3. 60/30 
  4. 60/20 
  5. 60/10 

After completing this ladder, take a 2 minute rest and switch stations.

Burpees will go to the rower and rower to burpees.
