Bursts of Strength 

Since Tuesday is a strength focus at The Training Room, we will work on full body strength in the form of short strength intervals and quick bursts of strength. 

This session will be set up in triplet format with 3 separate mini-circuits that will be 9 minutes in length each.

As always, focus on strict form and consistency with each set.

15/15 x 6 rounds of the following triplets

Triplet 1

  • Ring rows or pull-up
  • Push-ups
  • Twist or Bulgarian bag

Triplet 2

  • Split squat, weighted step up ro step down (R)
  • Split squat, weighted step up ro step down (L)
  • Low back choice (hypers, hinges, DL choice, swings)

Triplet 3

  • Biceps
  • Triceps
  • Cardio or AB choice
