MAX Calories with a Partner

This is a GREAT workout to gear up for our annual Thanksgiving Day Relay!  It one of the most FUN events we have for Training Room Members!

We have 3 x 10 Minute Sets with Partner, alternating at intervals you feel are best for you!

Try to get as many Calories, Laps or Reps in as you can in 10 Minutes.

Rest 2 Minutes between each 10 Minute Set.

Set 1:

ROWER or RUN

Set 2:

BIKE or STEP-UPS

Set 3:

SKI or BURPEES
