Cardio Challenge on Friday!

Let’s see how many rounds you can get in on this great cardio challenge workout!

Keep it simple, safe and effective!

You will start with an extra long warm up to get the heart rate pumping.  It might be on the clock, it might be 3 rounds so get ready to start sweating!

Here’s your 25 Minute Challenge:

  • 500 meters cardio (bike is double)
  • 40 mountain climbers (each leg) or 40 yards crawl
  • 30 step ups or 30 yards walking lunges (try GOATA Style with spine and hip rotation!)
  • 20 high Pulls or Jump-assisted pull ups
  • 10 half burps, slam ball or squat press

  • 125 JR, 60 JJ’s or 250m cardio (run, row, bike – if you have them)
  • 5 pull-ups or 10 ring-rows
  • 125 JR, 60 JJs, or 250m cardio
  • 10 1/2 burpees
  • 250 cardio, 60 JJ’s, 250m cardio
  • 15 air sqauts
  • 125 JR, 60 JJs, or 250m cardio
  • 20 yd crawl or 20 Mt. Climbers (each side)
