Cardio choices or Kettlebell Sport options for Wednesday at The Training Room!
We will be doing ascending work intervals with a 1 minute rest between each one….
The idea here to keep the same pace for each set.
Do a general warm-up, then do a 20/20 x 5 progressive warm-up on the exercise that you plan on doing for the workout.
We will start with 1 minute of work with a 1 minute rest and then ladder up and back down like this…
Pick any cardio or kettlebell sport option:
- Long Cycle
- Body weight options
- 1 on 1 off
- 2 on 1 off
- 1 on and done
Make sure to come out and suppport Team Training Room at the Manasquan Inlet Tug on Saturday!
Our heat will go off around 1:30.
There will be live music, food trucks and beverages as well.
This a quiet the fun event.
