You will ladder down alternating in calories or reps for each couplet!

Cardio Ladder Reps or Calories: 10 / 8 / 6 / 4 / 2

Complete as many ladders as possible in 8 minutes each!

You will rest 2 minutes between each couplet…

  •  ski
  • box step ups

Couplet 2)

  • Rower
  • 1/2 burpees

Couplet 3)

  • Shuttle run 10-2 or JR 100-80
  • Squat thrust or slam ball

Couplet 4)

  • Bike
  • Twist 10/10
